Our Domestic Air Service provides: Next Flight, Same Day, Next Day A.M./P.M., Second Day, Deferred and HazMat Certified Air Services.
Our International Air Service provides: Air Export, Air Import, Customs Clearance and maintains HazMat Certified clearance.

The basic goal of expedited freight shipping is to get the goods where they need to go on a time-sensitive delivery basis. There are multiple methods used to accomplish this. Air Charter
The Imperium difference is rooted in being partnered with the most experienced on-demand air charters in the industry. In 1982 when Central Air Freight, Inc. was launched to provide 24/7, door-to-door charter service for North American automotive assembly plants. They managed and coordinated each charter using a vast network of aircraft operators with more than 3,000 units worldwide. This Air Charter service is a non-passenger service exclusively catering to critical packages and cargo.
Ocean Freight Forwarding
We provide FMC licensed (NVOCC, OTI & OFF) forwarder services, offering import and export vessel services utilizing Less-Than Container (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) options with a network that extends to every major global port. In addition to standard LCL and FCL ocean services we provide direct container consolidation for the United States-United Kingdom trade lane. Our services include, Full Container Loads (FCL), Less-Than-Container Loads (LCL), Temperature Controlled Cargo, Oversized or Overweight and Hazmat Certified Services.
Customs House Brokerage
We offer more than 30 years of experience as a licensed customs broker in the United States. Our service partners have earned a solid reputation as skilled and proficient import partners with standard and specialized types of customs clearance, duty drawback programs and import consultation. In this field, our services include: Automated customs clearance through ACS, ABI – Electronic release, ACH – Automated Clearing House available, Import surety bonds, Warehouse entries, Duty drawback, Protests and petitions, Liquidation review, RLF-Remote Location Filing and Customs compliance consultation & auditing

In addition we can leverage our internal network or our Truckload Brokerage unit to meet your logistics requirements.
